“Something went wrong”

When the status pill shows Something went wrong, the snag is on our side — operators are notified automatically, and the platform’s own watchdog attempts recovery (it detects stalled and orphaned builds and retries them without you asking). If it doesn’t clear within a few minutes, send a message in the chat — “try again” is enough — or use the Retry action if one is offered. A build that fails at the very start (“the scaffold environment couldn’t start”) offers Retry directly; retrying is safe and loses nothing.

The preview is blank or won’t load

Three ordinary causes, in order of likelihood:
  1. It’s asleep. Previews pause after about 30 minutes of inactivity and wake in seconds when you return — you’ll see a Welcome back — bringing your workspace back online state, and your work is preserved. Just wait for it.
  2. The dev server needs a restart. Use the Restart button in the preview toolbar (it clears the build cache), then give the first compile a moment — the first build is the slowest one.
  3. The app itself crashed. The preview status pill will say so; ask the agent about the error in chat — fixing its own app is its job.
Reload (the circular-arrow button) refreshes only the page in the preview frame; Restart restarts the app’s server. Try Reload first for display oddities, Restart for anything deeper.

The status says “Needs your input”

The agent hit a decision it won’t guess on. Look at the chat — there’ll be a concrete question waiting. Builds never proceed past a genuine decision that belongs to you, so answering it is what unblocks the build.

”Your turn” isn’t an error either

Your turn means a plan or design is ready for your review — nothing is built until you approve. See Plan review.

Agent work paused — usage cap

If you’ve reached your daily or monthly allowance, new agent messages wait until the cap resets (daily caps reset at midnight UTC). Your preview and published apps keep running. Check Usage in your account menu; see Plans & usage.

Session expired

Signing in again returns you exactly where you were. Nothing about your projects is affected by an expired session.

My attachments disappeared during sign-in

If you attached files on the landing page and then went through sign-in, the file bytes can’t always survive the redirect — the configurator will warn you when that happens. Just re-attach them in the chat once your workspace opens; attachments added in chat go straight through.

Still stuck?

Tell the agent what you’re seeing — it can read the project’s own logs and state. If the problem is clearly on our side and persists, contact us with the project name.
